We were so impressed. We contacted Precision for an unknown repair of garage door for our sister in Hemet. You contacted us back almost immediately......within several minutes, and were so courteous. Gary came out on the scheduled time (holiday weekend, even). Lubricated and adjusted door that hadn't worked for more than a decade, checked the opener that wouldn't work, provided us with a new one. Greatest service out there! My garage door was tweaked in an angle, with the rollers popped out on both sides, side railing had torn from the stud it was screwed into, and couple of panels were bent. An hour later it was like a new garage door with only one part replaced. Works better, sounds better! Gary is absolutely the best tech. I will recommend Precision Door to everyone.

Gary was very efficient and helpful. He was not able to repair the opener issue since I have American Home Shield and called them to actually replace the opener. Gary waited while I contact AHS to see if he would be able to replace the opener for them. AHS could not find that your firm is contracted with them. Chose your company because of the Angi's List special.

Work was quick and efficient. Only problem that I have is that since the work was done on a rental house, I was not there to get a paid invoice. After 3 request I received the invoice for part of the work. Will need to call again to get all of my paperwork.

We selected Precision as they installed our roll-up door springs a few years ago and always provided good impromptu service for problems. Our opener broke on a Sunday afternoon. I called Precision and was surprised (and thankful) that they could send someone out that day. Gary Pomfret was the real hero of Superbowl Sunday! He arrive on time, installed our new opener and showed us the adjustment features. This opener runs so smooth and quiet we hardly know it's moving. Gary did a great job!

Once the technician arrived the work was done in a timely manner. I'm disappointed with the scheduling for repairs. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time the Tech arrived 6 hours after the scheduled time and spend over 4 hours installing a motor and didn't finish until almost 1 am. Today i was scheduled between 10 and 12. The Tech didn't arrive until about 3:30. Your company did call to say he would be late. Apparently you don't give your Tech enough time to do their work.
