Actually, we picked you out of the phone book about six months ago, when the spring on our garage door broke. You sent out Brent, who convinced us that the one spring we had should be replaced by the double spring, and we were impressed with the lifetime warranty you offered. Then, this Sunday, when the door would not stay closed, we contacted you again, and Brent was the one who responded. He explained that the door opener cog had broken, and that it was time to replace it. The service man was Brent, a knowledgeable and friendly representative of your company. Replacement of overhead springs were required, which was explained to me in a informative manner. No undo pressure was applied to me to replace the original spring, or not, my choice. I had the replacement service performed, which was done in around a hours time. Impressive, I must say. Nice to discover a company that can do quality work,in a short period of time, at a good price.

The brand new Precision Garage door controller failed immediately after your installer, Jose, left, Friday afternoon, 11/22/13.
