Jose Perea replaced all of the components of my old garage door motorized system and performed routine maintenance on the sectional hinges, rollers, etc. My springs had broken and my old motor was at least 15 years old. His installation is very neat and clean and he even reprogrammed my car remote for me. He was very efficient in his work and my garage door is working great with a nice quiet, smooth operation. He made sure to answer any questions that I had and didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything that I didn’t want. I was also very pleased that Precision Door Service was able to have someone out in less than 24 hours from my call into the company requesting service. This is the second time that I have used them for work over the years and both times I have been very pleased. I will continue to use them in the future as their service is prompt and reliable. Thank you Jose, for your excellent work on my garage door and its operating system.

Very smooth in setting up appoint and technician came in time. Very nice and professional services and help me in moving shelves in the garage. The technician made some good accommodation on changing worn roller bearings to avoid potential failure (20 years no change). I am very satisfied with his services.

I can't say enough about the great service that I received from Precision Garage Door. Jose came to my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. Jose explained everything very clearly that was wrong, and what I needed to fix the problem and the cost. There were no hidden costs or surprises. My garage door opener failed on Thanksgiving and needed to be replaced. I scheduled service on Friday, and the technician Jorge came earlier than the scheduled window which was a plus. When I had to choose which opener to replace my old one, Jorge did not do a hard sell and went through all the pros and cons for each model. Once I selected the opener, Jorge was quick to install it and did a thorough walkthrough with me on all of the features.

We noticed our garage spring had broke.
