I had the springs earrings and the motor replaced. From the minute I called started to receive emails with the status of my call, Ivan called me and said he will be at my house in 15 minutes and he dis just that. He informed me about the issue and said that it was up to me if I wanted to replace everything else. I said yes let’s do the whole thing. Ivan was very professional and polite he told me the job was going to take around three hours. He finished sooner. I highly recommend Precision and Ivan.

After years of using Precision, I’m shocked at how bad this service was. Called them for a garage door sensor error—same issue they fixed in April with no new parts. This time, a different tech sold me $310 worth of new sensors, didn’t fix the problem, and then tried to upsell me on a $1,200 LiftMaster… for an opener that’s only 7 years old. Here’s the kicker: I didn’t need new sensors OR a new opener. The real problem? A cut wire to the left sensor—something I found and fixed myself. The technician either missed the obvious or ignored it to push expensive, unnecessary parts. One star for wasting my money and my time. This kind of upselling and poor troubleshooting is unacceptable

Carlos Barragan did an incredible job. He did multiple quotes based on our specific situation and did the springs, opener head and chain rail in about 2 hours. Was on time right in the middle of the two hour window they predicted. Definitely recommend, fast and affordable.

Two respectful young men showed up early for the appointed time. One was Jorge who had installed our garage door two years ago. Through no fault of their own, the battery failed. They performed a free check on the garage door opener and associated hardware. They replaced the battery and upheld the warranty. No charge. They gave me a short class on garage door settings and how to use the keypad for adjustments. Two true professionals. I strongly recommend Precision Door Services.

Ivan was great , friendly and extremely knowledgeable and did his work efficiently and quickly. The last springs I had replaced were in 2018 and those cost me $175.00 by another company. I guess my only complaint this time would be the cost, two springs and ten door roller guides and 45 minutes of labor cost me $995.00. Seems a little steep to me but what do I know ? After all I’ve only been a contractor for 52 years. Must be due to the tariffs

Today I had a garage door problem at 1:30 in the afternoon so I went on a search for a company and found Precision Door and the reviews were great so I called and they were able to schedule me for between 2 and 6. And would call 30 minutes before arrival. Well about 30 minutes later I got a call that he was on his way. He checked it out and diagnosed the problems and gave me 3 options for repairs. Unhappy I have been on the phone with Chamberlain/Liftmaster for 2hours and still the app does not work. I bought the garage door opener with the camera and online controls spent 2 hours to finally get it connected to find out I need to delete the app and start over because the camera didn’t connect. The tech that installed my opener said just download the app and it will work. Waste of money and my time for what the unit cost you would think it would be easier.
