Carlos was born in Chihuahua Mexico and grew up in Baldwin Park, California. He graduated high school in 1987 and attended college in La Puente. He graduated college in 1990 with an associate degree in Computer Graphic Design. He worked in that field for 13 years, but in 1999 he started working with garage doors. He worked with several different companies, installing and repairing all types of garage doors. He began work with Precision Door Service 2 years ago, and says "It is a pleasure working with this team of professional garage door people". He has a total of 19 years experience in the garage door business. He always strive for 100% satisfaction on all of his installations.

Great job guys! We had an ugly pink dinosaur garage door. Our installer Carlos Jaquez took it off and o stalled a new amazing door with windows and all in about 3 hours!!! ???????? BY HIMSELF!! Fast worker, precise craftsman, the guy knows his stuff and you can tell by the finish product. He added addition wood frame as need based on our needs without hesitation. We had an awesome experience with our service man Carlos Jaquez. He came out to assess our project to install garage door. We weren’t sure it would be possible because there wasn’t prior frame work. Carlos assured it can done. We were ecstatic. He arrived on scheduled time. Carlos went straight to work. His knowledge and experience was quickly evident. He explained in advance what the project was going to entail. We were so happy after the framing, garage door, garage door opener were installed. It looked very nice. Carlos also informed us how to use the garage door opener. We felt Carlos went beyond our expectations. We’re glad to have found Precision garage door services.

We had three single garage doors and two new openers installed. Dean our sales represenative was very helpfull. He guided us to a set of doors and openers that would work best for our home. He didn't try to up-sell us unwanted or unneeded equipment. Dean made the whole experience low pressured and quite enjoyable at a very good price. The day of installation work was completed just as promised. Carlos our installer worked hard and always seemed to do it with a smile and a pleasant attitude. His work started on time finished quickly. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone who needs new doors or openers.

I initially chose Precision Door Service because they advertised 24/7 service and because I really was impressed that they provided photos and full names of their Technicians and their Installer. I felt that this was very important for security purposes in knowing who would be coming out to my home and that they were truly employees of the company. From Stephanie (in the office) to Jarrod Zamora (initial Technician who did assessment of problem/provided estimated costs) and Carlos Jaquez (actual Installer of my new garage door): each one was friendly, yet professional in their demeanor, willing to answer any questions and provide information in a clear, forthcoming manner and did so patiently, courteously. Mr. Jaquez (Installer) arrived on time the day of installation, worked quickly, finishing in about an hour. He also cleaned up my garage area after the job was done and left it neat and clean. He did a fine job and the new door looks and works great. Thank you to everyone at Precision Door.

We had a small hiccup in the process but the team informed us as to situation and what they were doing to fix the issue. On the day of our install the installer open the package only to find that there is no weather seal for garage door in package. He told us he would be back on Saturday between 1-3 since he had a job in Victorville in the morning. He showed up right on time and jumped right in. He was very thorough and cleaned as he went. I would highly recommend these guys for new purchases. I know I will call if anything needs repaired
