I had a problem with my garage door that needed to be repaired. The service technician diagnosed the problem and told me he needed to order a part. The part only took a few days to arrive but the technician did not show up on two different occasions to install the part and overall my garage door was down over 9 days waiting to be fixed.

After speaking with Mr. Perez, I found that the return visit was not set up on the technician's schedule as it should have been. As a result, the technician was scheduled in other areas of the market that was not in close proximity of the customers address. This was a training issue...the return call should always be set up at the initial service call, which insures the technician's return on a timely basis.
We appreciate all responses, good and not so good. The "not so goods" alerts us to areas of needed improvement.
