We had a broken spring and was impressed with the reviews from former customers. we are very pleased with the quality of work performed. Bought the classic package for $599.00 not being told that it is not transperable(it was on the back of the agreement but was not ask to read the back of the page), since we will be selling the property this year I try to call Don Taylor to request to cancel the classic agreement but he was not available. I talked to Bianca and explain the situation, hopefully Precision will understand my situation. I would like to know how much it will cost to just pay what was repaired without buying the classic package.

I spoke with Mrs. Andraded and explained that the price she paid was a discounted package price and we don't have a way of eliminating the warranty from the package...it comes with the package. All of our repairs typically include so kind or warranty that can range from 30 days to limited lifetime.
