Appointment was schedule for June 4 between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. I was called at 7:30 a.m. by technician Nick Martinez to tell me he was on his way. Nick was totally professional. He assessed the problem, suggested a solution and preformed the needed repairs. I totally appreciate the quick service, professional courtesy and the excellent quality of the solution. For garage door service, I highly recommend this company.

My garage door died this morning. Not knowing who to call I went online and found Precision. What I find. They were professional scheduled an appointment for me today. Fortunately for me they called and could come earlier than my scheduled time. My service man’s name was Nick and did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable and just a really good guy. Precision door had come out a few years before to repair something else on the opener. Benny was great. He came out, took a look and told me what the problem was and advised that because my old unit was 20+ years old, I would have to replace it. He did so and even paired my old remote with the new motor. Once I find a great service provider I stick with them. I fancy a new garage door so I will be calling Precision for that as well. Thanks so much for the piece of mind Precision!!!

#1 The work was done, but it didn't start out good. He came with insults right away, calling us a couple of old people, it got my hackles up and I said "I don't like that" then he said he should have called us elderly people. Huh? #2 After they left, I started seeing that Everything was greasy...everything they touched or replaced is greasy the plastic covers of garage motor light bulbs is filthy with grease, outside on garage door where weather strip is greasy and crossbars on inside filthy with grease. Greasy handprints, finger prints NOT GOOD, Aggravated!!! Replaced spring, rollers, cable (everything BUT the garage door motor)

Fantastic, courteous service--I was thoroughly impressed. I was able to book a same-day appointment because our door opener was malfunctioning and we were at our wit's end trying to diagnose the cause. Nick Martinez drove all the way out from several cities away to investigate only to find---to our embarrassment---that it was just a broom handle blocking the failsafe electric eye sensor. Doh. Nick handled the situation with grace and good humor, and even took the time to walk us through maintenance tips to extend the life of our system. He refused to let us pay for the service call, even though it was our own mistake. We will definitely be using Precision Door Service for all of needs in the future, and can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks, Nick and Precision!
