The service tech pointed out what needed to be done to repair my door, & I fully expected him to fix it. He proceeded to do something else, which doesn't look like it will last. He asked if I was 100% satisfied, & I said No. He spent a couple of hours fashioning a bracket out of my punched angle & then charged me for the punched angle & labor to do it. I fully expected to pay more to have my door fixed, but it was NOT properly fixed & now I'm facing the prospect of having to hire someone else to properly fix it. I have pictures of what I'm talking about if anyone is interested in seeing them.

A Response from Don Taylor:
I contact Mr. Lyon about his situation after speaking with our technician and offered to return and install wood to attached the springs to. The punched angle solution is one that is used when there is no wood backing but we were willing to install the necessary backing. About 10 days later when we contacted him to schedule it, he stated he would have another company do the work.
