Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

These guy's are on top of things. I called for an estimate they came out the next day. Then two day's later they are coming to fix my garage door. We were so impressed. We contacted Precision for an unknown repair of garage door for our sister in Hemet. You contacted us back almost immediately......within several minutes, and were so courteous. Gary came out on the scheduled time (holiday weekend, even). Lubricated and adjusted door that hadn't worked for more than a decade, checked the opener that wouldn't work, provided us with a new one. Professional, Punctual, and Personable. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks. Would definitely use again.

The website was very professionally created. Additionally, when I spoke with the customer service representative, she was friendly and reassuring that my problem would be resolved today. The technician, Jose Perea showed up a few minutes early, which was a pleasant surprise. He addressed my concerns and made sure he understood the issues before he began any work. They showed up a little late for our install but other than that they did a good job at a good price. We had several other company's come out for estimates and all the other company's could not do the install for a few weeks. Where precision did the install just a few days later. We had planned on going with Mesa because we heard them on the radio all the time but after two different attempts on getting one of there guys out to us and neither one could find us because they could not follow simple directions I gave up on them. And precision was great

Your company, different owners, installed the original door in 1999, then replaced it a couple of years later as it got damaged. We called upon you again about 6 years ago to install a door for my inlaws, the Izzarelli's. The tech. was there earlier than expected (good), gave me my options, did not "high pressure me" to go another way, accepted my decision and went on about his business in a courteous and efficient manner.

His name is Dave White. He came out on 10-10-12 to _____ W. Posey Dr in Hemet. He had to replace the main gear and the one old spring with two new ones. He explained everything so well.
He ran into problems due to the condition everything was in. He spent more time than expected, I'm sure. He even had to come back the next day after work to finish.
He lowered the overhead arm and reinforced the top door panel with a horizontal bar and vertical brace. I thought we would need a new door. He made it work and look better than before. I spoke with Mr. Chumbley regarding his thought explaining that I appreciate his input because we can't fix it if we don't know it. We have been back to address his concerns. One being his warranty and the other being door noise. We did install high cycle springs (which are higher quality than the standard springs) and new rollers on his door that carry a lifetime warranty. His prior door and opener were different from what he has presently. His present door is non-insulated steel vs insulated before, and his opener is a 1/3 hp screw drive vs a 1/2 hp belt drive before. This makes a huge difference in the noise levels, which Mr. Chumbley now understands, and states "his next opener will definitely be a belt drive.
